It was a very strange day. One of the messages came on my phone. Not like I ever pay attention to it, but for a peculiar reason I was directed to it.
Odd... it was stuck on March 24, 2024 at 11:16 am. The screen also told me it was ☀️ and 30 deg (F). That date was Purim, Palm Sunday, and the next morning, sunrise on America would move to Mars Hill on the 25th, 50-51 min after the lunar eclipse ended there, the one that was paired with the solar eclipse on April 8th.
In the world of Catholic Feast days, the Feast of the Annunciation was moved forward two weeks this year because the regular date (March 25, like the sunrise) fell during Holy Week. Therefore, it was celebrated on April 8 the day of the solar eclipse.
In other news, tapping the weather report took me to the forecast, which was dated today, yet was stuck on March 24th, "☀️ and 30 deg". It included the report for next few days of the week. 60% chance of rain on "Tuesday".
At first when I saw the 30 I thought the phone had gone metric on me and I needed to fix that. It didn't seem *that* warm, but it was in the 80s, so 30 deg was possible.
I'd looked it up: 30 C = 86 F
