Like the German church in the 1930s, the American church in the 2020s is culpable for the pending devastation of human life and the collapse of a great nation. Comparisons could not be more compelling as proffered in “Letter to the American Church” by New York Times bestselling author Eric Metaxas.

Today's Church must unite to answer the charge given to Esther who faced certain death if she did not act.
He sent back this answer: “Do not think that because you are in the king’s house you alone of all the Jews will escape. For if you remain silent at this time, relief and deliverance for the Jews will arise from another place, but you and your father’s family will perish. (Esther:13-14)
This is the final spiritual battle. The LORD is in control. Will the Church rise to answer the call!
I haven’t seen the movie yet but did read the book.
It solidified my firm belief that the church has failed.
If My people, who are called by My name, will humble themselves and pray and seek My face and change their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive them and heal their land. ~ 2 Chronicles 7:14

Wow, your pastor got it. I wish more were like that. I like the church we attend, but they go out of their way to keep their heads deep in the sand about anything cultural or political.
If the Church doesn’t rise to the occasion, we believers are called to bypass the obstacle and complete the LORD’s call to arms.
...on our KNEES in prayer.
