“…with a fire for The Lord are former RC’s”

Be careful about flattering people as you point out. There is no former catholic. Everyone baptized Catholic who received the sacraments will be judged Catholic. No amount of ridicule will change that for them. No matter how big the anticatholic crowd

I didn’t ask to be baptized Catholic. My mother made that decision. A devout Catholic all she ever told me about God was, “God will punish you for that” And “You’re going to hell for that.”

How could a seven-year-old who heard that several times a day every day love or even believe in God?

No such thing. Totally made up.

Anyone coming to saving faith in Christ alone has been judged with Hin for sin on the cross and has passed from death to life.

Sure there is.

The claim that Catholic baptism leaves an indelible mark on the soul forever is pure hokum and nothing more than a vain attempt at a blatant power grab by the Catholic religion to attempt to control people by threatening them with their eternal destiny. It's still trying to claim ownership and control over people whether they want it or not.

When one is born again/born from above, he becomes a new creature in Christ, the old has gone. We have died to self and the flesh is crucified with Christ. So even *IF* that claim is true about baptism, it's erased when someone is born anew.

2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.

So Catholicism has no claim of control or authority over me any more.

Nothing any pope or priest has to say about me or over me has any effect on me nor am I subject to it.

Jesus alone saved me and *HE* is the One I answer to, not some corrupt, pedo infested, religious organization calling itself a church while walking in direct disobedience to everything Jesus taught.
