A. Haven’t dispensationalists been consistently wrong about prophecy? — All of these men and many more have made false prophecies: Hal Lindsey, Jack Van Impe, Chuck Smith, Pat Robertson, Edgar Whisenant, Benny Hinn, Harold Camping, etc. etc. 1948 and False Prophecies
B. Questions about the church ―
1. Do you believe that Israel and the church are different bodies, even though the Bible teaches that they are the same body (Ephesians 2:15; 3:6)―and that there is no distinction between Jew and Greek? (Acts 15:9; Romans 2:28-29; 10:12; Galatians 3:28-29; Colossians 3:11)
2. If the church age is only a parenthesis, why do so many passages teach that Jesus reigns from heaven as King of Kings now (Isaiah 66:1; Matthew 28:18; John 5:22; Ephesians 1:20-22; 1 Timothy 6:15-16; Hebrews 1:1-12; 7:25; 8:1-4; Revelation 1:6) and forever? (2 Samuel 7:13; Isaiah 9:6-7; Daniel 2:44; 4:3, 34; 7:14, 18, 27; Luke 1:33; John 5:22; Acts 7:48-50; 10:36; 1 Corinthians 15:25; Ephesians 3:21; Hebrews 1:12; 5:6; 6:20; 7:24; 8:1-4; 2 Peter 1:11; Revelation 1:5; 3:21; 5:13; 11:15) Further, the New Covenant is forever (Ezekiel 37:26; Hebrews 13:20) and the gospel is eternal (Revelation 14:6). Age without end, Amen (Ephesians 3:21).
C. Questions about the temple ―
1. Doesn’t the New Testament explain that while the physical temple was about to be destroyed (Matthew 24:2; 34), Christ became the spiritual temple and cornerstone, while Christians are the living stones built on the foundation of the apostles? (Ephesians 2:19-22; 1 Peter 2:4-8; Revelation 21:14, 22)
2. If there is to be a re-built temple with animal sacrifices and rituals, wouldn’t that be denigrating to Christ’s ONCE-FOR-ALL sacrifice? (Hebrews 10:10)
3. Dispensationalists think that Ezekiel’s temple (Ezekiel 44-48) is literal, but also say that bloody sacrifices in the rebuilt temple will be only a memorial. However, Ezekiel’s vision refers to these sacrifices as literally making atonement (Ezekiel 45:15, 17, 20). How is it that the dispensational position is not Contradictory?
4. Can you find a single verse in the New Testament that says anything about the need for a re-built temple?
5. Why does Scripture say God does not dwell in temples made by hands anymore? (Acts 7:48; 17:24)
6. If we are in the New Covenant era, which Scripture says is FOREVER (Hebrews 13:20; Revelation 14:6), why would God go back to a temple system of the Old Covenant which Paul called bondage (Galatians 4)?
If you do some digging, you could easily find answers to your list of questions.
I don’t listen to anyone who set the date.
Do you want answers or do you want to stir the pot,?
The Protestant Reformers of old would laugh at today’s superficial weak theology of dispensationalism. Secret Rapture, rebuilding the temple, sacrifices again, etc.
They knew Israel was irrelevant as far as prophecy goes.
Rome. The little horn of Daniel 7.....Rome, the papacy. And they knew it and some Protesants today know it. But fewer and fewer. Satan is brilliant...take the eyes off the Papacy and her aims....and turn attention to Israel....which Jesus took the kingdom from and gave it to a new nation bearing fruit.
Of course not.
This meek heretic set the date as 70 ad, despite no evidence…
You’re wise not to listen to date setters.
Step one, grab a Bible with no margin notes and go to Isaiah 1.
Step two, grab a map of the Middle East and Mediterranean.
Step three, grab a Bible encyclopedia.
Step four, study Isaiah through Malachi slowly, looking up people and places.
Use. Your. Eyes.
I should have titled this “Questions Dispensationalists Cannot Answer”
You should have searched for answers, since they’re easily found.
But you didn’t. Here you are.
And ladies and gentlemen, we have perhaps the person alleding one of the biggest errors I've ever seen in these discussions....a "second, Second Coming!""
How about explaining that "second, Second Coming" nonsense you've advanced.
Talk about a whopper that cannot ever be explained.
Face it,chuck....you've exposed yourself to be nothing but a blog pimping, fraud....the very thing you accuse others of.
Answer to questions about the third temple:
The Jews are building a third temple in Israel because they don’t believe that Jesus is the Christ (then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn).
A third temple is needed for the Antichrist to fulfill the prophesy of the abomination of desolation (which has yet to occur).
The idea that all of these things have already occurred is to ignore the overwhelming evidence to the contrary.
In summary, the idea is to try to give all of the information to help others to judge the value of your contribution; not just the information that leads to judgment in one particular direction or another.

Once again, has the Parousia already happened?
Yes, Jesus came in judgment in finality in AD 70.
But if you want to find passage that holds out hope for a second Second Coming, go to Acts 1:9-11.

Eagle obfuscating doesn’t answer any of my questions. Tacit admittance that you can’t. Gotcha.
You're not dealing in reality.
You're the one who needs to explain this "second, Second Coming."

I believe the the manifestation of the gifts of the spirit are available during this age of grace (I Cor. 12). Therefor, I am not a Dispensationalist.
Bridgekeeper: Stop. Who would cross the Bridge of Death must answer me these questions three, ere the other side he see.
I have been reading the Bible since the 70s and I don’t think I have ever heard of a second, second coming, till today. I am not buying it.
Once you decide all prophecy had been fulfilled, you have to spiritualize scripture, steal from Israel, and make up things to explain your gaps.
Not so different than seventh day adventists who had to spiritualize the return of Christ they wrongly predicted…. The make up the silly judgement.
