I repent and ask the Holy Spirit to give me strength to live a Holy life according to Christ and His commandments, for what He did for me on the cross.” And that is the prayer of all who are found in Christ, not having our own righteousness - which is of the law - but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith. (see Philippians 3:9) The difference is we don't depend on that living a holy life to be the reason we are saved. It was ALL Christ - and to Him goes ALL the glory!
