Neither was John Calvin, and he slaughtered plenty of people in Geneva. And Martin Luther advocated for the killing of Jews and Christians that did not accept "his" novel reworking of the Gospel. So there's that. John Calvin slaughtered no one. He was not a mass murderer as Catholicism likes to portray him in an effort to discredit what they claim are his teachings.
The Inquisition is known to be a black mark on Catholicism, one which Catholics gloss over when accusing and condemning others of the very thing they are guilty of, such as here.
Read another point of view and provide your proofs that it is wrong if you can.
