Your citation from Genesis does NOT say "I will bless those who bless Israel," but those who "bless you" (i.e., Abraham).

WHO blesses Abraham?

John 8:39

“Our father is Abraham!” they declared. “No,” Jesus replied, “for if you were really the children of Abraham, you would follow his example.

Clearly, Genesis does not refer to those who are Abraham's children by blood, but those who are his children by spirit.
