Pray For The Peace of Jerusalem

Heavenly Father
We Worship You and Bless Your Holy Name!
You Alone Are Worthy of Praise,
For You Alone Are The One True God.
Thank You For Your Presence Among Us,
thank Your For Your Magnificent Holy Spirit,
Thank You For Your Inspiration,
And Thank You For Your Peace That Passes Understanding!

Let all that has been Concealed
Be Revealed.

Father, We Pray For The Peace Of Jerusalem,
According To Your Will and Promise.
We Pray That You Will Forgive The Sins
of Our Own Nation,
and Lead us all to Godly Repentance.
Create in Us Clean Hearts, Oh LORD,
and Renew a Right Spirit Within Us.

This we Pray Together,
As We Await Your Messiah,
Blessed Be He,
To Set Up His Kingdom,
And Make All Things Right.

God Bless America.

Psalm 15

A Psalm of David.

1 O Lord, who may abide in your tent?
Who may dwell on your holy hill?

2 Those who walk blamelessly, and do what is right,
and speak the truth from their heart;
3 who do not slander with their tongue,
and do no evil to their friends,
nor take up a reproach against their neighbours;
4 in whose eyes the wicked are despised,
but who honour those who fear the Lord;
who stand by their oath even to their hurt;
5 who do not lend money at interest,
and do not take a bribe against the innocent.

Those who do these things shall never be moved.

One of my dearest friends has been my BFF for nearly 60 years. We met due to our mutual interest in Flying Saucers. It just so happened that her last name was similar to that of a famous UFO Investigator that I had read about. Even though she was no relation to the Investigator, and her name was a totally different one, they sounded the same to me, and that was enough for me to want to get to know her. We've been good friends ever since.

Oddly enough, it was my obsession with UFO's that got me acquainted with another "friend" with whom I still have a relationship. That "friend" is the Prophet Ezekiel, whom I had never heard of until I became interested in Flying Saucers. That's because many UFO Investigators equate Ezekiel's Vision of Heaven in Chapter One as an encounter with Extraterrestrials. This caused me open up the china cabinet, to dust off the Family Bible, and look it up. Luckily, Chapter One is easy to find! I read the cryptic, spooky chapter and concluded that Ezekiel was treated to a "Close Encounter of the Third Kind". The rest of the Book was just too hard to get through, so I stuck with Chapter One and that was it.

When I started reading the Bible for real about twenty years later, Chapter One was no longer about Flying Saucers, but the Glory of Heaven and the Throne of God. It was even MORE Awesome than my earlier interpretation!

I kept reading until I got to Chapter 37. It was the Valley of Dry Bones Chapter, upon which the song "Dem Bones" was based. To me, the Vision reminded me of the Holocaust and the Foundation of the Modern State of Israel.

Then came Ezekiel 38. The nations in that Chapter reminded me so much about the countries surrounding the tiny State of Israel, and it sent a shiver down my spine!

Starting on Chapter 40, after the UFO's, the Dry Bones, and WW3, comes a bunch of Chapters describing a Temple. It's not Solomon's or Herod's Temple, but one with an amazing River of Living Water gushing forth, and is the Throne of God on Earth. Unfortunately, the next several chapters read like Architectural Blueprints, with measurements and elevations and proportions. More than once, I would get bogged down. I couldn't help it! You didn't TELL me there was going to be "Math" involved!

But, my friends, the Blueprint is worth the slog. This is because, embedded in the facts and figures is One of the Names of God, and it is one of the most beautiful.

That Name is YHVH-Tsidkenu, which means "The LORD is My Righteousness".

None of us can achieve Righteousness on our own. When we Believe in God (like Abraham), God's Righteousness is imparted to because of FAITH. "6 Abram believed the Lord, and he credited it to him as righteousness." (Genesis 15:6, Romans 4:1, Galatians 6:9, Hebrews 11:8)

It's worth reading the Blueprint to Learn that!

Come and Pray For the Peace of Jerusalem, For Our FRiends in Need, For Persecuted Believers, and For Our Beloved Nation.

The Greatest of These is Love (1 Corinthians 13)

God Bless America.

Blessings To All Who Visit This Garden of Prayer.

Hallelujah and Amen
