MArk 13 / Matt 24 - you should read the Jewish literature describing the fall of Jerusalem in 70 AD -- the
Sibylline Oracles written after 70 AD says
He seized the divinely built Temple.. For on his appearance teh whole creation was shake and kings perished" The language used by Mark/Matthew is exactly the same as in Isaiah13
Is 13:10-13 The stars of the heavens and their constellations will not give their light; the sun will be dark at its rising and the moon will not shed its light... I will make the heavens tremble, and the earth will be shaken out of its place

Christ said not one stone would be atop another when He returned ... that has not happened ... regardless of Jewish literature ... OH, and the parable of the 'fig' tree, (a bit of Genesis for the wise) had NOT been set out ... in the herald 70 ad destruction. <[p>
