It makes one wonder if all the mythology of the Roman and Greek gods is based on the *sons of God* who came to earth to defile the human race, or they were the offspring of that union.

Bingo. I believe that is exactly where Greek and Roman mythology came from. When fallen angels came to earth. This is what Johnathan Cahn wrote about. Those involved, were locked up in chains in darkness, called Tartarus. It was described as a dark abode of woe, as far below hell, as earth is below heaven. They are probably suffering there, as they will in the lake of fire. 🔥
It’s possible, that when Jesus went to preach to spirits in prison, this is where He went, to announce to them that their doom was sealed forever. I doubt that was something that any one of them wanted to hear. Maybe they should have thought of that, before they rebelled in the first place.
