Once again for the obtuse learner. The CATHOLIC Encyclopedia admits “NO direct or categorical and stringent proof of the dogma can be brought forward from scripture. support for the dogma is found in scripture.” I know that’s hard to accept but it is the truth.

And if you check the newer approved versions of the Bible for RCs you’ll see that translation you cite as going away.

That is a falsehood, and babbling about the Catholic Encyclopedia doesn’t help you. Gibbering about “newer translations” doesn’t help you either. In fact, it makes your position worse.

You posted a falsehood. You can admit it and at least preserve a shred of honor. Or you can continue to post falsehoods, knowing that they are false.
