Since at least 1962, Catholics have not been in control of the Catholic church.
The Third Fatima prophecy apparently was that Satan would have control of the Catholic Church.
Heh, and I’m getting castigated on another thread for saying that there are problems endemic in Catholicism that allowed Vatican 2 and Pope Francis to be established in Catholics.
Catholics, being in denial as they are, see those things as the cause of the problems, instead of a symptoms of the rot that has been going on for a long time.
Neither V2 nor Francis would have gone anywhere if it weren’t for the Catholic hierarchy approving them, which means the problems are well entrenched in the hierarchy.
