Ok, you’re the expert I guess, but perhaps you should try out an Orthodox Catholic church near you…it’s “the Roman Catholic church without the infallible all-powerful Pope” The concept that caused that whole 1054 “schism” thing in the first place and the thing that is causing a lot of Roman Catholic FReepers to risk heresy by doubting the legitimacy/infallibility of the current RC Pope. In any case, best of luck in ridding yourself of your not so welcome leader! ;-)

For about six years while my father was in residence at the Home of the Little Sisters of the Poor in D.C., I attended the Divine Liturgy at the Ukrainian Catholic National Shrine of The Holy Family. For the last 35 years following a couple of decades as a lapsed RC, I have been devout member of the traditional Latin Mass community of the SSPX.
