This is what happens when you normalize deviance. Kids have to be outrageous in order to attract attention or to be “cool”. The trans schtick is just that. It has to be more extreme with every generation. Thank goodness all we had to do to recover was get a haircut.
That’s exactly the Hegelian Dialect in operation.
I’m hoping it’s a fad that will end eventually.
Maybe, one day, when the kids of today are grown, they’ll look back and cringe at all the trans craziness they bought into when they were young.
