I think the guy who played Carpathia was probably a good depiction.
Other than that, I thought the Left Behind series glossed over how horrible the Tribulation will be.
There are 28 Judgements from God in 7 years. One every 3 months. It’s amazing anybody survives up to Armageddon IMHO.
All I can say is keep looking up. Every day is one more day closer.
