I still don’t see billions of Christians...?
I think a lot of folks who may call them self Christian will take the mark.
People who count on their works or good deeds .. But Galations 2
Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law,
but by the faith of Jesus Christ,
even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ,
and not by the works of the law:
for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.

I think a lot of folks who may call them self Christian will take the mark.
Currently on this earth are 2.5 billion people who identify as “Christian”. Most of them will take the mark. As I’ve already stated, those who won’t take the mark (worship the Beast), keep the commandments of God and have the faith of Jesus. That is clearly what the bible states.
So, as a Christian, it would behoove me to know who the Beast/Antichrist power is, it’s mark, and the seal of God. Because, at the end of the world, just before the 2nd coming of Christ, everyone is going to have to make the choice of the mark of the beast or the seal of God. Satan will make it nearly impossible to distinguish truth from lie, with false teachers/doctrine everywhere. People will follow them (as they already are) like rats to the Pied Piper. There is no coming back after one receives the MOTB.
