The very word ‘pastor’ also means elder, presbyter, shepherd or bishop. And the Bible states that men (never women) who serve as a pastor must serve with other pastors. Always a plurality.
In other words, a local congregation must have more than one pastor.
In specific words, a typical baptist or non denominal church headed up by one pastor is unscriptural.

I want my pastor to be the general in the fray, not the sweet nurturing mother. I grant there’s a place for both in the church but leadership is men.
do they abstain from porn?...are they fruitful and multiply?...do they regularly practice the seven deadly sins?...but we just can't have women pastors.....
hypocrites to not want women pastors but sin in every single way and still think they are so "Christian"....
Jesus would throw many out of the Temple as HE did in HIS day....the ones pounding their chests about how pius they were..
if men are supposed to be the leaders , why aren't they?.....there's a vacuum in leadership and its going ot be filled ....
an example of failure to lead:...why are girls subjected to having males in their shower rooms and bathrooms and men are not stopping it.....WHY?
personally, I prefer a male leader but lets face it, we have a shrinking number of males willing or capable of leading anything.....

Aside from how unChristian your post was, look to the female vote for how the anti-Christians get away with their politics and alphabet sex issues, especially as you support more of it in women preachers.

I cannot think of one, myself.
My personal experience with female pastors is of women looking to control everything. And....every one of them is unattractive, and/or a lesbian. They do not have a husband or children because they wouldn’t have time for them. Pastoring can be a 24 hr. a day job. You to be a real control freak to take that on.
The early church had but one church in each city or town. Hence, Paul’s instruction to Titus in Titus 1:5 is to “appoint multiple elders in every church”. Some of the passages which clearly speak of a plurality of elders are Acts 14:23; 15:2; 20:17, 28; Phil 1:1; 1 Thess 5:12; 1 Tim 31:7; Titus 1:5-9;Heb 13:7, 17.

Same thing with Catholic churches. All of them.
Kinda interesting that the so-called "unbiblical" Catholic and Orthodox churches follow the biblical guidelines on pastors, while numerous so-called "bible belivin' sola scriptura protestant churches do not.
