A priest of the neo-conservative FLUHM community placed Holy Communion on the tongue of young people who presumably wanted to grasp it with their hands at World Youth Day. One of them was Hendrik Roos, 27, a theology student and staff member at the "Bund der deutschen [anti-]katholischen Jugend" (Federation of German [anti-]Catholic Youth) in Münster. As a result, the petty-minded Roos grassed on the priest to the Münster diocesan newspaper Kirche-und-Leben.de. Münster Auxiliary Christoph Hegge then pompously called the correct administration of communion a "no-go." During the Covid hysteria, the Novus-Ordo-bishops considered compulsory communions in the hand a dogma.

This is why people don’t believe in the Real Presence.
To wit?
Please elaborate.
>> Bishop Attacks Priest Who Refused to Hand Out Communion
“Refused to hand out communion”.
An interesting way for them to attack the Shepherd Father’s righteous protection of the LORD’s Table. AS IF Holy Communion is something to be indiscriminately “handed out”.
It speaks volumes about the way the Holy Communion Sacrament has been cheapened to suit the pagan culture.
Read 1 Corinthians 11.
(Full disclosure: tribally I align with what you would term “protestant”. In reality I am a believer in the Kingdom of CHRIST. Therefore I align with the faithful Catholic preservation of the flame of Christian faith over two millenia, and I have more in common with Scripture-believing Spirit-filled Catholics than I do with many of the “leaders” of culturally-diluted protestant tribes.)
Blessings in CHRIST Jesus!
Blessings to you, as well.
A few weeks ago, I was on vacation and attended Mass at a very small town in WV. Father instructed us to kneel at the Communion rail and receive our Blessed Lord on the tongue. I was so touched by this that I found myself tearing up after I had received.
This was a very young priest. Gives me hope.
Only once was I given on the tongue: at the local chapel mass and the young priest was tall and motioned for me to receive the Eucharist in the traditional way, on the tongue.
In Africa, they gave communion in the hand: Those receiving it would bow or do a small curtsy and receive it reverently with both hands, which is the way one receives a gift there.
Now, if we could only get rid of the hymns at communion time, so we could properly pray after receiving the sacrament...
There are over 22 SSPX Mass locations in the Philippines.
Another good thing about the Mass I attended in WV: no heinous “sign of peace.”

Yes, one of my peeves, as well.
Great idea to get rid of the constant singing and instead have time for silent prayer after receiving.
