The Return of Yeshua, How Close?
The Talmud says: “The world will exist six thousand years. Two thousand years of desolation; two thousand years of Torah; and two thousand years of the Messianic era; but because our iniquities were many, all this has been lost (Sanhedrin 97a-b).”
The Talmud (Sanhedrin 97a-B)
The Tanna debe Eliyyahu teaches: The world is to exist six thousand years. In the first two thousand there was desolation; two thousand years the Torah flourished; and the next two thousand years is the Messianic era, but through our many iniquities all these years have been lost.

Part 14: Adam and the Hidden Light
By Rabbi Shimon Apisdorf | Series: God in a Nutshell | Level: Beginner
As a result of Adam’s failure, the “light” remained hidden, and it would take another two millennia before someone would arise with the potential to reveal it. That person was Abraham, and Abraham was a man who was more than enlightened, he was light itself.
God now had an answer to His question. God said to Adam, ayeh-koh, “Where is the light?” Two thousand years later the answer came back: the “light” is with Abraham.
https://torah.org/learning/god-in-a-nutshell-part14/
Now you can’t get any simpler with this math.
Now we have two thousand years from Adam to Abraham and I’m guessing there were two thousand years from Abraham to Yeshua but this information is rather hard to come by.
The current Hebrew year is 5783, a bit short of 6000. But there was possibly (?) a detour that might have taken place and the instructions come from the book of Daniel.
Daniel 12:4 But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased.
So did Daniel adjust the calendar, till the time of the end?
I don’t know???
But enough of that, I can only speculate, since there are 2000 years from Yeshua (the Messianic era) to His return, all we have to do is establish His birth, or the crucifixion resurrection, that’s all!?!
Good thing I have done some work!
Someone had to!
I have come to the conclusion that the year 3790 (30 CE) is the year of the crucifixion/resurrection so the birth date of Yeshua has passed us by, already... Here are some facts.
And guess what? 3790 (30 CE) is the middle of a Shmita cycle (week).
Daniel 9:27 He will confirm a covenant with many for one
‘seven.’ In the middle of the ‘seven’ he will put an end to sacrifice
and offering.
John 19:30 When Yeshua therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost.
It is finished, Yeshua put an end to the sacrifice…
Septennial (Shmita - שמיטה) Torah Cycle
By Rabbi Dr. Hillel ben David (Greg Killian)
The Triennial Torah cycle is a miraculous way of reading the Torah, in three and a half year, that provides a prophetic insight into the events that will happen during the week that it is read!
The Septennial (Shmita) Torah cycle is two, three and a half year periods. This seven year Torah reading schedule matches the Sabbatical cycle described in the Torah.
The Shmita cycle is detailed in the Torah:
Vayikra (Leviticus) 25:1 And YHVH spake unto Moses in mount Sinai, saying, 2 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye come into the land which I give you, then shall the land keep a sabbath unto YHVH. 3 Six years thou shalt sow thy field, and six years thou shalt prune thy vineyard, and gather in the fruit thereof;
4 But in the seventh year shall be a sabbath of rest unto the land, a sabbath for YHVH: thou shalt neither sow thy field, nor prune thy vineyard. 5 That which grows of its own accord of thy harvest thou shalt not reap, neither gather the grapes of thy vine undressed: for it is a year of rest unto the land. 6 And the sabbath of the land shall be meat for you; for thee, and for thy servant, and for thy maid, and for thy hired servant, and for thy stranger that sojourns with thee, 7 And for thy cattle, and for the beast that are in thy land, shall all the increase thereof be meat.

Now lets establish the year 3790 (30 CE).
Witnesses for the crucifixion resurrection in 3790 (30 C.E.).
As recorded in the Talmud...
Why Didn’t the Red Ribbon on the Head of the Scapegoat Turn White in 30 CE?
Clip:
The Talmud relates, however, that 40 years before the destruction of
the Second Temple the scarlet colored strip of wool did not turn white.
The text of the Talmud which missionaries quote states,
The Rabbis taught that forty years prior to the destruction of the
Temple the lot did not come up in the [high priest’s] right hand nor
did the tongue of scarlet wool become white…
Talmud, Tractate Yoma 39b
Citing the above statement, missionaries contend that the year the
scarlet ribbon ceased to turn white coincides with the time that Jesus
was crucified. After all, they argue, 40 years prior to the destruction of
the Second Temple corresponds to the year 30 C.E. which is
approximately the time of Jesus’ crucifixion. They conclude, therefore,
that the cessation of the whitening of the scarlet ribbon clearly
indicates that God was no longer accepting animal sacrifices, and the
Jewish people, therefore, needed to turn to Jesus as their only avenue
for atonement. Ultimately, this argument asserts that the reason why
the scarlet strip of wool did not turn white in the year 30 C.E. was due
to the fact that the sins of the Jews were not forgiven because they
did not accept Jesus as their messiah.

And look at the events that run from the year 3790, (30 CE).
You count the number as you count the Omer…
Revelation 13:18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath
understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number
of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six. (666)
Fact: 666 years after the crucifixion / resurrection (30 CE)
Abd al-Malik standardized Islamic currency.

He ordered that the coins be stamped with the sentence:
"Allah is Unique, Allah is Eternal".
He ordered the removal of human figures and animals from the coins
and that they be replaced with letters. This command was then carried
on throughout all the history of Islam.
Umar Ibn al-Khattab established the known standard relationship between
them based on their weights: "7 dinars must be equivalent to 10 dirhams."
"Allah is Unique, Allah is Eternal"
Revelation 13:1 And he stood upon the sand of the sea.
And I saw a beast coming up out of the sea, having ten horns,
and seven heads, and on his horns ten diadems, and upon his
heads names of blasphemy.
The dinar and dirham the mark/mint of the beast
Next!
Daniel 12:11 And from the time that the daily sacrifice shall
be taken away, and the abomination that maketh desolate set up,
there shall be a thousand two hundred and ninety years.
30 (CE) + 1290 = 1320 C.E.
And look what happened 1290 years after the
crucifixion / resurrection, count the Omer…
The Content of Abu Madein Al-Ghouth’s Legacy
It is noteworthy to register the contents of a document by the great
learned scholar, Abu Madein Shu’eib Ben Al-Mujahed Abu Abdallah
Moh’d Ben Al-Sheikh Al-Imam, the Blessing of the Muslims, and the
rest of the ancestors, Abu Madein Shu’eib Al-Maghraby Al-Ottomany
Al-Maleky, who was buried in Telmesan. This document, written on 29
Ramadan 720 H (2 November 1320 CE) during the life of the
grandson, indicated that he had dedicated two places, which he
had been running by himself.
The first place was the village of Ein Karem and consisted of plains
and rough terrain, houses for its people, orchards of pomegranate,
olives, figs and oak trees, water wells, and old Roman vineyards.
The document showed the borders of the village from the four directions:
Al-Malha Al-Kubra south, Ein Qaroun, Qalounia, Harash, Sataf and
Zawyet Al-Bukhtyari north, Ein Al-Sheqaq west, and Al-Malha Al-Kubra
and Beit Marmeil east.
The second place is located in Jerusalem itself known as Qantara
Asabat Um Al-Banat at Bab Al-Selsela, including a large building
(Ewan), a large house, a yard, a facility and an underground store
and a cellar. Although the document had showed the limits in great detail
of the one in Ein Karem, it did not do the same for this one; however,
it did show its four limits, especially the eastern side which ends at
Al-Buraq. The document added that this legacy will remain through the
ages and it has been confirmed throughout its history. The document
added that both Ein Karem and the Ewan have been dedicated to the
Moors in Jerusalem or those visiting the city regardless of their color,
trade, sex, age or status, and nobody could fight the Moors over
this Waqf, which they could make use of it in different ways, such
as rental, agriculture or sharing, and the priority will be for the newcomers then the indebted and so on.
The document stated that the revenue of these estates should be
given to the Moors in Mecca and Medina, but if there is nobody to take
it, the revenues should be sent to the two Holy Shrines. Concerning
the estate attendant, he should be elected by the Moors in the cities
themselves after the death of Abu Al-Ghouth, and this attendant has
to be an honest and pious Muslim who takes care of the estates and
invests them properly.

The Temple mount Waqf is the abomination of desolation spoken
of by the prophet Daniel. And the UN uses this document to assign
the Temple Mount to the Muslims.
More info…
Daniel 11:37 He shall give no heed to the gods of his
fathers, [Chemosh, Molech] or to the one beloved by women;
[Ashtoreth] he shall not give heed to any other god, for he
shall magnify himself above all.
38 He shall honor the god of fortresses instead of these;
[Allah] a god whom his fathers did not know he
shall honor with gold and silver, with precious stones and
costly gifts.
39 He shall deal with the strongest fortresses by the help of a foreign
god; [Allah] those who acknowledge him he shall magnify with
honor. He shall make them rulers over many and shall divide the land
for a price.
2 Kings 23:13 The king also desecrated the high places that
were east of Jerusalem on the south of the Hill of Corruption--the ones
Solomon king of Israel had built for Ashtoreth the vile goddess of the
Sidonians, for Chemosh the vile god of Moab, and for Molech the
detestable god of the people of Ammon.
Now to the Book of Revelation of Yeshua
Revelation 1:1 The Revelation of Yeshua Hamashiach, which
אֱלׂהִים ELoHIM gave unto him, to shew unto his servants things
which must shortly come to pass; and he sent and signified it by his
angel unto his servant John: 1:2 Who bare record of the word of God,
and of the testimony of Yeshua Hamashiach, and of all things that he
saw.
To shew unto his servants things which must shortly come
to pass…
1:19 Write the things which thou hast seen, and the things which
are, and the things which shall be hereafter;
Now pay attention, there is no seven year time period recorded
in the book of Revelation, fact!
Interestingly Yeshua assigns the three
and a half years to different groups via the calendar that they use.
Example:
Revelation 11:2 But leave out the court which is outside the
temple, and do not measure it, for it has been given to the Gentiles.
And they will tread the holy city underfoot for forty-two months.
The goyim (gentiles) employ the solar calendar and forty two
months equal three and a half years.
Now:
Revelation 12:14 But the woman was given two wings of
a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness to her place,
where she is nourished for a time and times and half a time, from the
presence of the serpent.
Time times and half a time is a reference to the Hebrew calendar
which is based on the lunar calendar. Since the lunar calendar is
shorter then the solar another month is added to the Hebrew calendar
every three or so years (13 months), hence, a time times and half a
time referring to the moeds.
And from the book of Daniel
Daniel 7:25 And he shall speak words against the Most High,
and shall wear out the saints of the Most High; and he shall think to
change the times and the law; and they shall be given into his hand
until a time and times and half a time.
Once again, no seven year time period, (tribulation).
Yeshua does mention a 360 day calendar in verse…
Revelation 12:6 And the woman fled into the wilderness,
where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed
her there a thousand two hundred and sixty days.
1260 / 3.5 = 360.
Now, ancient Sumeria and Egypt utilized a 360 day calendar, and who occupies these areas today?
So, Yeshua addresses different groups of people via the calendar that they use, the Jewish, Gentile and Islamic calendars in the book of Revelation. And of course He addresses the two witnesses, which are not individuals as some think, they are two groups, Jews and Christians.
Now to the two witnesses of Revelation
Revelation 11:3 And I will give power unto my two witnesses,
and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore
days, clothed in sackcloth… (three and a half years)
...11:11 And after three years and a half the spirit of life from God
entered into them, and they stood upon their feet; and great fear
fell upon them which saw them.
11:12 And they heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them,
Come up hither. And they ascended up to heaven in a cloud; and
their enemies beheld them.
And the two witnesses are not individuals as some suppose
but are groups, Jews and Christians, two witnesses and they’re also
recorded in…
Revelation 12:17 And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.
Two witnesses that, keep the commandments of ELoHIM (Jews)
and have the testimony of Yeshua Hamoshiach (Christians).
Oops, there goes the rapture.
The ‘seven’ is split between the Messiah and the Ruler (anti-Christ).
No seven year tribulation, no rapture you’ll need a shield…
The Magen David The Shield of David
https://freerepublic.com/focus/f-religion/3991185/posts
Back to the current Hebrew year 5783, the last Shmita year was 5782. How do I know? Divide by 7. 5782 divided by 7 = 826. It is that simple! Is YHVH trying to confuse us? Not at all, it is that simple!
So… the next middle of a week (Shmita year) will fall out on Passover of 5785. 5785 (Passover) plus three and a half years = 5789 (2029). Passover till Rosh Hashanah. Three and a half which is recorded in Daniel and Revelation.
And when you count from 3790 (30 CE) you don’t just add 2000 years, you must count the year 30. As the prophet Moshe wrote 11 Psalms, Tehillim 90-100, see.
Tehillim From Moshe Overview
TEHILLIM FROM MOSHE - Psalms 90-100The fourth book of Tehillim starts with 11 consecutive works composed by Moshe Rabeinu (Psalms 90-100)
https://www.scribd.com/document/539006249/Tehillim-From-Moshe-Overview#
So we’re not looking at 2030, we’re looking at 2029, you have to count the year 30.
Now a lot of events will occur between now and then and it is not going to be fun.
Say your prayers, as Yeshua said, pray without ceasing and that’s a good start.

It astounds me why anyone would assign what Yeshua
accomplished on the cross to a mythical middle of a ‘seven year’
tribulation by the anti-Christ? Time is up for that nonsense.

I pray and hope that Jesus Christ returns soon.
Don’t you know—He Never Left! He’s there were two or more gather in his name, he is present when people call out his name.
More twisted out of context Jewish texts, contorted to try and fit your man JC into them. Nothing but an attempt to be deceptive, a pile of baloney.
If you dare, ask God to reveal the Messiah to you. If you truly seek Him, you will find Him.
For actual Jews, the Messiah has not yet come. Messyonics just make it up as they go along, hoping to convince uneducated Jews to buy their malarkey. No thanks!
Don’t be an idiot. No one is trying to deceive you. Instead of getting your panties in a wad you should be Astonished that the Goy is turning to the Wisdom of the Sages. And without your help, they are working out their own Halacha. Rabbinic Judaism, despite all of its glorious wonders, is incomplete; it is unsure of its Penultimate Vision. If you’re going to get all worked up, get worked up about this: 40% of American Jews are intermarrying, and for the most part, leaving Faith. Something is wrong, and it’s not the fault of your so called “Messyanics”.
Wow
thank you for the references
I had been thinking that 6000 was coming up very soon (approx. 2026).
Plus it seems that apostasy is accelerating at a dizzying pace...as in the days of Noah.
No one is trying to deceive me because I cannot be deceived by the manipulation of texts. I'm not worried about me. I'm worried about the people who can be convinced by that technique, and others, that you can be Jewish and believe in JC. The Messyonics are not "turning to the Wisdom of the Sages"; they are using such passages to defend their assertion. In many cases, they do not provide the original text, but modified ones they use to try and prove their point. Sounds really authentic and believable, but the differences they introduce negate the "wisdom". The Messyonics are well funded by xstian groups to go out and attempt their fraudulent sales patter on Jews, so I fail to see how you excuse them. I've seen them in action, seen their modified siddurim and other texts, trying to introduce the acceptance of JC among the authentic parts of them. When you have PARENTS who fail to provide a decent Jewish education for their children, the children will seek some sort of spiritual fulfillment for themselves. And unfortunately, they often look outside their own religion for that, and marry non-Jews as well. As to "working out their own halacha", there is no need to do so. The 7 Noachide laws exist for that.
Any messianics I have ever heard back up their testimony with Scripture. Does not the Torah teach that in the mouth of 2 or 3 witnesses shall the truth be known? There are many more than three Scriptures which witness of the Messiah. But I don’t want to argue. The LORD bless you.
Hmm. I've not heard this. Can you provide an example?
Bflr
“But of that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, nor the Son, but the Father alone. Matthew 24:36 NASB
Rosh Hashanah (The Feast of Trumpets) is referred to as, 'The Day no one knows' so Yeshua narrowed it down.
I’m sorry, but how would the Noachide Laws bring intimacy with our Creator, for one thing? The Ten Commandments aren’t all there is to Judaism.
The Noachide Laws are not Judaism. They are a set of basic moral laws by which all people are expected to live.
Oh, yes. I understand that. I’m sorry I was a bit unclear in how I phrased that.
What I meant is that isn’t Judaism about having a very close relationship with G-d, ultimately? The closest that’s humanly possible. To be His true friend and child and also spouse? All good relationships are lesser reflections of what humans could have with Him. Doing what’s right — the Ten Commandments, at bottom — is what makes a good relationship with Him in Judaism. But the relationship is the ultimate end, just as we see that reflected in the human relationships He’s created for us.
So I’m speaking of that spiritual relationship where He is known personally, as recorded in the Tanakh.
And the sort of relationship with Him we were meant to have, in a perfect place, if Adam and Eve had not ever given in to temptation.
No, Jews are NOT meant to be a "spouse" or a "friend" to G-d. We are His servants and we carry out His will lovingly. Doing "what's right", i.e. the exacting mitzvos He has commanded us to do, is FAR more complex than your summation of the Ten Commandments, and is not an analog of human relationships.
“No, Jews are NOT meant to be a “spouse” or a “friend” to G-d.” And “...not an analog of human relationships.”
It certainly seems like those relationships and other close ones are invoked by G-d Himself in His Word. And not because they are modeled after the human ones, but the human ones are, as I said, lesser reflections. The relationships among humans are secondary and derivative.
“We are His servants and we carry out His will lovingly.”
“Lovingly” speaks of personal relationship. And service is part of intimate relationship with others. In a totally unequal way, G-d also “serves” us in that He provides everything for us, including through His angels.
“Doing “what’s right”, i.e. the exacting mitzvos He has commanded us to do, is FAR more complex than your summation of the Ten Commandments, and is not an analog of human relationships.”
Well, I’m aware of the mitzvos. I just referred to the Ten Commandments as you pointed someone else to the Noachide Laws. Since I’m a follower of G-d, I can appreciate that doing the mitzvos and obeying the Ten Commandments are incredibly complex, as my faith life is also.
On the mitzvos, sometimes I think back to when my family, when I was growing up, would sometimes go to a Jewish restaurant. My father was from Germany and would often frequent immigrant businesses. So we’d go to this Jewish restaurant and I remember my parents warning us not to order milk with dinner. I think we did accidentally once and the servers were gracious about it as we were small children. But even that has stayed with me. One of the many things I see in the mitzvos is being mindful that G-d is over everything in this life.
Actually, somewhere way back there on one side of the family, the other, or both, we might have Jewish ancestors. A couple of things have at least raised the possibility.
And going back to the loving aspect of relationship with G-d. That’s all throughout the Tanakh. “Taste and see that the Lord is good; fortunate is the man who trusts in Him.”
What is there besides the Noachide Laws, then? As you said, there is more than just the Ten Commandments.
