Bible teacher Dr. Voddie Baucham explains what the Abomination of Desolation means in Daniel 12 and Matthew 24. This has perplexed end times prophecy scholars for ages. He also touches on the 1,290 and 1,335 days in Daniel’s prophecy.

I think the church being turned over to the world is a good descriptor of abomination of desolation. It’s abominable and pastors have essentially left the pulpit and nobody is leading the church away from sin.
Videos are a helpful in showing where and how to diagnose and fix a problem on a vehicle, but a poor choice for just words that could more quickly be read, copied, studied, posted. The You Tube transcript should provide a properly formatted documents for vids.
Some people prefer videos, others transcripts. For myself and obviously you, reading printed words are the preferred method. In our time book stores are closing down because very many people no longer read (or write letters) but watch videos, TV, and smaller screens.

I think he makes a good point. God will use each of us, but not all of us will be used the same way or degree. Accept that you may not be used as much as you like. God knows best to bring about the best situation.
But more important, good has become bad and bad has become good.
Jesus warned that His followers will be persecuted. That is happening now. The FBI turning against churches is just the beginning. It’s the values of Jesus’s followers that are being attacked unfairly so that good can become bad and bad become good.
When you look at the individual values, anti-life baby killing, crime, pride, ...., they are the opposite of the values taught by Jesus in the Sermon on the Mount.
I would say to look at the GREATEST abomination committed by Israel, which caused God to have Babylon clean their clocks. Related to the Mark of the Beast? Of course it is.

2 Chr 36:21 To fulfil the word of the LORD by the mouth of Jeremiah, until the land had enjoyed her sabbaths: for as long as she lay desolate she kept sabbath, to fulfil threescore and ten [70] years.
Jer 17:27 But if ye will not hearken unto me to hallow the sabbath day, and not to bear a burden, even entering in at the gates of Jerusalem on the sabbath day; then will I kindle a fire in the gates thereof, and it shall devour the palaces of Jerusalem, and it shall not be quenched.
Jer 25:11 And this whole land shall be a desolation, and an astonishment; and these nations shall serve the king of Babylon seventy years.
Which does not mean the latter is better. I just watched Hacksaw Ridge (on a desktop), but for providing information then reading is superior, via book or at least a large screen, vs. mobile devices which foster low info liberals via MSM headline propaganda, though for powerful motivational preaching (like Soldiers") then audio is far better. In our place I have a collection of over 14,000 sermon and testimony files on an old laptop which broadcast 24/7 thru a cheap FM transmitter so in every room that has an FM radio as well as around the yard they can be listened to, usually while doing something else, praise God. But I do not like having to carry or use a smart phone.
