You would think that after God knowing the end from the beginning and having provided all of the facts to people (supposedly His Children who believe HIM) beforehand would accept His Words and see it happening and warn others.

Your own citation indicates that its abortion rate for Russia is pulled from 2004 (which itself seems dubious given available figures I’ve seen).

Further review would show that after the fall of the USSR, total abortions halved in the ‘90s; that downward trend has only continued, with the current rate for women in the 15-49 range being 12 abortions for every 1,000 women (which is a comparable rate with modern America).

This article also seems to take for granted that the prophecies related to the Kingdom of Israel are automatically transferred to the modern (manmade) nation-state of Israel, simply because they share the same name.
