So you'd be surprised- but we are Praying ALL the time...
The Mass itself is a Prayer to God- and a Thanksgiving of his Grace.
So yeah... we're a prayerful people...
and Moses and Elijah
might be the only folks we don't ask intercession of.
🙂
Moses and Elijah
might be the only folks we don’t ask intercession of.
If your earthly father was alive today, would you talk to him though others? you would do that only if you didn’t have a good relationship with your earthly father.
Again, Why would you pray to anyone other than the Father? Why not approach God Directly?
The Lord thy God is a jealous God.
WHY WOULD ANYONE ASK SOMEONE ELSE TO TALK TO GOD FOR THEM WHEN YOU CAN APPROACH HIM DIRECTLY?
CAN YOU ANSWER THAT?
You jump on tradition. That is why you don’t pray to Moses and Elijah, your tradition says otherwise.
If I was going to ask for intercession it would be Moses. He has proven to bend God’s ear. God said he trusted Moses, the only person he said that about.
Then why hasn't your current pope croaked yet?
