Nobody said praying to Mary was necessary for Salvation. But it helps.

Another RC said the same thing way up this thread.

However Roman Catholic theology does say the Marian dogmas have to be believed and that you have to go through Mary for salvation. Again, none of which are found in scripture.

No, it doesn't.

The Holy Spirit is our Helper, but this is an excellent example of how Catholicism elevates Mary to equality with the Godhead.

Maybe as a placebo for cultists, but it doesn’t REALLY help. (On Judgement Day, it’ll be obvious that placebos will have failed millions of people.)
