In this video we discuss why all Christians should pray the Rosary.
If they are not physically alive here on earth, we are forbidden from trying to contact them.
Besides, even the people in hell are still alive, so your argument has no merit.
Do you pray to them, too?
But back to your point of the Bible containing those things necessary for our salvation…..the Marian dogmas, among others, aren’t in there. But as a Roman Catholic you have to believe those.
There’s the rub isn’t it?
Hebrews 7:20 And inasmuch as He was not made priest without an oath 21 (for they have become priests without an oath, but He with an oath by Him who said to Him:
“The Lord has sworn
And will not relent,
‘You are a priest forever
According to the order of Melchizedek’ ”),
22 by so much more Jesus has become a surety of a better covenant.
23 Also there were many priests, because they were prevented by death from continuing. 24 But He, because He continues forever, has an unchangeable priesthood. 25 Therefore He is also able to save to the uttermost those who come to God through Him, since He always lives to make intercession for them.
26 For such a High Priest was fitting for us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and has become higher than the heavens; 27 who does not need daily, as those high priests, to offer up sacrifices, first for His own sins and then for the people’s, for this He did once for all when He offered up Himself. 28 For the law appoints as high priests men who have weakness, but the word of the oath, which came after the law, appoints the Son who has been perfected forever.

Why would anyone pray to a mere former human being instead of the only begotten Son of God whom was chosen by the Father Himself to be our intercessor?
Why would anyone pray to a mere former human being instead of the only begotten Son of God whom was chosen by the Father Himself to be our intercessor?
You're misreading the Bible.
To say that God is "not a respecter of persons" means that He doesn't care about your status among men. Doesn't care whether you're rich or poor, a king or a slave.
God does care about your righteousness. God said He would destroy the Israelites. But Moses interceded for the Israelites, and for Moses's sake, God spared them.
God is a respecter of righteousness.
Nonsense. She never asked Him to do a thing on their behalf. She just told Him of the situation.
Besides, there's the complicating factor that she happened to be alive here on earth for this incident.
It in no way justifies trying to contact to someone who died on this planet and is now in a different plane of existance.
Do you pray to them, too?
Silly question. God listens to the saints, not to the damned.
Unadulterated nonsense.
She could not have thwarted God's plan. He didn't need her permission to do what He was going to anyways.
And recall when He was back home and Mary and his brothers were there. Mary wanted Him to come outside but He didn’t. Which would dispel the RC thinking regarding the “queen mother” basically giving commands and Jesus just follows.
You need to understand Royal househoid, and Queenship in ancient Israel-
and more importantly the Davidic Kingdom-
as documented in scripture.
From the prophesy of Jeremiah:
“Say to the king AND and the queen mother:
‘Take a lowly seat, for your beautiful crown
has come down from your head...
Which even In your Bible translation it will show then that
the Queen MOTHER also had a crown and stature as Israel royalty.
If Christ is a King, Mary is Queen Mother.
the only way by scripture she is NOT a Queen
is that Christ IS NOT a King.
Christ not a King.
This is your implication whether you know it or not.
Nobody said she wouldn't be willing, so that's a false accusation lobbed against non-Catholics.
But she can't. She doesn't have that power.
Yet in scripture Mary is never addressed in that manner.
1. Jesus was already "outside." Mary wanted him to come home.
2. No one said that Mary "commands" Jesus. Merely that she influences him.

THE PAGAN ORIGIN OF ROSARY BEADS
PRAYER BEADS – OR – ROSARY BEADS
Rosary beads come in all shapes, colors, sizes and
quality. Some rosaries are strung with pearl, crystal,
wood and even plastic. But where did the ritual of
the rosary come from? And what, exactly, is the
significance of rosary beads?
The rosary in simplest terms is said to be a tool
used to aid prayer and meditation. The beads of a
rosary count the prayers as they are recited out loud
or in the mind. The user relies on the rosary beads
to keep track of how many times you’ve said a
particular prayer.
“Most commonly recognized in the United States
as a symbol of Catholicism, other religions including
Buddhism, Hinduism, Paganism and Islam employ
rosary beads as well.”
-The Meaning of Rosary Beads
What Do Rosary Beads Symbolize?
By Jessica Ciosek
“Prayer beads, or prayer rosaries, are really
another form of the “witch’s ladder,” a knotted
rope or cord used to count repetitions during
a spell or ritual. Praying with beads is a spiritual
practice with a long history in most of the world’s
religions.”
-Sacred Mists Shoppe
Janet Farrar & Gavin Bone
“prayer beads originated with the Hindu faith.
Using beads for devotions dates to the 8th century BC
in the cult of Shiva. In India sandstone sculptures,
statues ca 185 BC, show Hindus with prayer beads.
The names of Hindu gods and prayers are repeated
on stringed beads, called mala, separated by larger
or different colored beads.”
-A HISTORY OF PRAYING ON BEADS

“Hindu converts kept their traditional use of
prayer beads. Buddhist monks always carry a strand
of prayer beads, or rosary, usually of 108 beads.”

Prayer beads are used by : Hindus, Buddhists, Muslims,
and Catholics among others.
“Often, when religions sought converts,
they allowed them to retain some of their
pagan ways: ceremonial garb, heathen rituals
and traditions; in order to add to their numbers.
This led to spiritual pollution.”
-A HISTORY OF PRAYING ON BEADS
Patricia A. Dilley
“Before the 12th century, rosaries were used for
talismans (amulet or occult charms). Rosaries and
prayer beads were intended by the catholic church
hierarchy, for use by the ignorant.”
-A HISTORY OF PRAYING ON BEADS
Patricia A. Dilley
“Pagans had used prayer beads even before the
8th century before CHRIST, and they still use
them today.”

The Bible warns us against use of prayer beads –
Matthew 6:7 says – “But when ye pray, use not vain
repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that
they shall be heard for their much speaking.
“And when you pray, do not…repeat the same
words over and over as the Gentiles (pagans) do,
for they think they will be heard for their much
speaking.”
(Matthew 6:7)(AMP)-BibleGateway
“But when praying, do not say the same things
over and over again, just as the people of the
nations do, for they imagine they will get a
hearing for their use of many words.”
(Matthew 6:7)(NWT)

You don’t need a device in order to talk to God. He doesn’t want to hear mindless chanting, He wants to hear our praise, gratitude, thoughts, questions and petitions, not a counting ritual.
Jesus Himself taught us how to pray, but He never told us to use beads or a counting method to do so.
Because yes, The Queen Mother is totally unadulterated scripture.
As the kids say;
Check yourself, before you wreck yourself...! Lol
Just read up on your OT Queenship, please.
As for your second point I’ll have to wait until I can get home.
Why do Catholics have such a low view of God and His promises and commands?
In the New Jerusalem, Mary is this Queen Mother.
Scriptural references for this title for her and her ability to hear and answer prayer are????
My voice shalt thou hear in the morning, O LORD; in the morning will I direct my prayer unto thee, and will look up.
....
But as for me, my prayer is unto thee, O LORD, in an acceptable time: O God, in the multitude of thy mercy hear me, in the truth of thy salvation.
.......
The LORD hath heard my supplication; the LORD will receive my prayer.
I wonder if Catholics are aware of the fact that we are told in Scripture that Jesus and the Holy Spirit both intercede for us according to the will of God?
The same Peter that Denied Christ THREE TIMES!
Also at the exact TIME that
Our Savior and Lord Needed His Friends
More than ever !?!
Can you imagine the Betrayal Jesus Felt ?
.
You’re church is still doing that.
