The president promised new steps to sever "spiritual ties with the terrorist state."
On June 22, 2023, Volodymyr Zelensky announced new steps towards the "spiritual independence" of Ukraine. He announced this in an evening video message posted on social networks.
“Held a meeting on the spiritual independence of Ukraine. We continue the relevant work, and there will be new steps," Zelensky promised. “Obviously, there can be no spiritual ties with a terrorist state and those who justify the killing of Ukrainians and cover up evil.”
The President said, "We will reach the point where all kinds of dependence on Russia, which someone somewhere is trying to manipulate with, will be destroyed."
Earlier, the UOJ wrote that Tkachenko did not rule out the forced eviction of the UOC from the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra.

Well we know there are dopes being paid to post here. Because you are the proof. Everyone who doesn’t want this Biden RAT war is a Russian agent. LOL
There must have been a whole town of Russian agents in South Carolina yesterday when Lindsay took the stage.
Right out of the NWO Handbook. Call everyone who doesn’t support our tax dollars and other resources being fed to a government known for corruption and chumminess with the Biden crime family a “Russian atheist.”
That’s B.S. behavior and your whole cult does that.
And you accuse others who disagree with you of being gay.
What strange, nasty little tactics you Youkazoids use.
You’re probably Ukrainian, but how would you like it if we just decided that you’re a Somali or a Venezuelan?
Just stop with the over-the-top namecalling.
Nothing in this thread is about whether or not US tax dollars should be spent in Ukraine. The thread is about what some people in Ukraine are doing to separate their churches from Russian influence. Ukrainians, who have always had a Ukrainian Orthodox Church, would rather not be under the control of the Russian Orthodox Church now that it has aligned itself with the Russian government.
I don't accuse people of being gay, they repeatedly post material indicating that they are obsessed with gay images and try to insult others, like Ukrainian President Zelensky. I just point out to them, in the hope of helping them, that people who are fascinated with images of men dancing, or repeatedly post things about President Zelensky's penis should accept their own interests.
You seem to think posting propaganda that benefits a foreign tyrant who is invading another country and causing endless suffering is a good thing to do because you don't want US tax dollars spent in Ukraine.
Somebody else did what you do. Her name is Jane Fonda. Like many other people at the time she was against spending US tax dollars in Vietnam. Just like you are against spending US tax dollars in Ukraine.
Why are you like Jane? You can argue against US funding for Ukraine without repeating Russian propaganda.
LOL. The best argument you have is a 4-Chan meme. That’s pathetic. But does it earn you an extra pelmeni at the cafeteria?
We must make sure every country that borders Russia is extended an invitation to join NATO. That is the only way to contain them.
Not true. There is a big difference between being opposed to a war, and arguing against it, and deciding to post propaganda from the other side.
It is the difference between Jane Fonda and the many people who worked to get the US out of Vietnam.
Awwww… did you get your widdle feelings hurt because a bunch of us don’t trust or respect your mincing little grifter of a demigod?
Go back over to DU. I’m sure Zelvis has a big fan club there.
I don’t care what you think. You’re just another flying monkey who thinks what he/she is told to think and posts what he/she is told to post.
But you need to stop calling FReepers “Russian atheists” and other such stupid insults. And pull your head out of your @$$, troll.
Typical coarse, boorish Eastern European mindset. Ugh.
Hey, what happened in Bakhmut to the Glorious Youcraynian Army™? Where was the World Famous Ghost of Kiev™ while Youcraynians were "winning" by being slaughtered en masse?
