Not difficult at all to determine. Only difficult to announce in an official statement. It contradicts "The Narrative" (tm).

The way I read this story is a black guy did $100,000 worth of damage to a black church, and they’re trying to equate that to two white boys doing some petty vandalism. This is two completely different stories mashed together.

I'm guessing insurance fraud and the suspects are common criminals - - and all are democrats.
So... Arson, by a black man, against a black church, causing $100,000 in damages is on the same level of outrage as two white boys tearing down a BLM and homopride flag.
