So - if I am reading it correctly - this proposed legislation would technically set up “civil unions” (a different term than marriage) -
As opposed to the USA having nationwide “marriage” for homosexuals - with NO legal differentiation.
But Ukraine is the evil one (I”m against it - but I also am not a fan of hypocrisy). Lest we forget - the US had full-blown “gay marriage” before them... by nearly a decade (and maybe more).
