My daughter remarked that the servant pouring the water into the ceremonial vessels has an expression like, "I just know that I am somehow going to be made to take the blame for this!"
How awestruck and amazed he must have been when the chief steward took a taste and said that the host had saved the best wine for last!

according to researchers, when weddings and celebrations were put on by folks in the old testament, apparently what they would do was serve the better wine first, so folks would enjoy the taste more- then as the guests became a bit more inebriated, they would trot out the cheaper wine to save money- When Jesus turned the water into wine, it was later when cheaper wine woudl have sufficed, but He made the wine the best-
