The conquering power of evil is on the increase. This is characteristic of the last times. Innocent babies are now not even allowed to be born, so corrupted are the moral standards. Or if born, no one educates them, so desolate are studies. Or if trained, no one enforces the training, so impotent are the laws. In fact, the case for modesty . . . has in our time become an obsolete subject.1

It’s in the bible.
Matthew 7:24 Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:
25 And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock.
26 And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand:
27 And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it.
As it always has. God will sustain it and people will still be saved.
Matthew 16:16 And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.
17 And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.
18 And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.
Psalm 18:1 I will love thee, O Lord, my strength.
2 The Lord is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower.
3 I will call upon the Lord, who is worthy to be praised: so shall I be saved from mine enemies.
Amen!
Exactly!
Amen!
Psalm 8:2
Out of the mouth of infants and of sucklings thou hast perfected praise,
because of thy enemies, that thou mayst destroy the enemy and the avenger.

I doubt that is how it works.
God will sit there and watch you die, wondering why you prayed for Him to save you instead of praying for guidance and help for you to save yourself.
That is what the founding fathers did, prayed for help and guidance while they did the dirty work on earth.
Do you think US troops prayed for God to smite the Germans for them in WWI, WWII, or the North Koreans later, etc.
Of course not, that would be childish and silly.
...God will sustain it and people will still be saved.”
Exactly correct
You are speaking as the world speaks, and of saving worldly things.
Evil is clawing because it is cornered. After Jesus was born man killed all babies under 2. At the time of Moses, all young Hebrew children were killed….time after time after Biblical atrocities comes forth amazing miracles of God.
However, we will have to go through very tough times. However, God has already won. Something is happening through all the dark valleys we will soon see the bright peaks.

"We Will Not be Silenced" by Erwin Lutzer
And then there's the old stand by: "Tortured for Christ" by Richard Wurmbrand
"Beloved, do not think it strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened to you; but rejoice to the extent that you partake of Christ’s sufferings, that when His glory is revealed, you may also be glad with exceeding joy."
1 Peter 4:12-13
Because, the darker the times, the more Christianity is needed.
That is correct!
What a worldly perspective you have.
Did I ever say that we are to sit back and do nothing?
And has God given you His mind to know how He works and thinks? Or are you just projecting onto Him?
BTW, you must not be very familiar with the OT, because God has done those very things you are mocking in those days.
That’s right!
Christianity will survive the same way it always has. Through the power and strength of Jesus Christ. It is about Him not us. Thank God for that
