Demons can possess anything. AI might just be their next big play.The physics (or metaphysics) of demons is something I don't think humans know a lot about. All the biblical examples of possession seemed to be of either people or animals. There does not seem to be any examples of direct demonic influence on that which has no mind/soul/spirit/self as far as I recall. AI, despite its being called "Intelligence" is just software and no more has a mind/soul/spirit/self than a computer, a calculator, or even a rock.
