Upsetting to pro-life, but this is always what overturning Roe v. Wade was going to look like. Isnt that what everyone wanted? Focus on on pro-life red states.
Michigan Ballot Proposal 3 which passed strongly in November, 2022 guarantees this abomination. Some said it was the future model for other states to look for wording.
I personally see no way out by lawsuit or exceptions or other laws. They will be declared unconstitutional later. IMO.
I hate the people of Michigan, my state, for doing this.
That is probably the prevailing sentiment in Maryland. Time to split it up. Upheaval is coming no matter what. Best to get some boundaries drawn sooner rather than later.

Every law sets a precedent. If the law says you can kill a child at nine months then another precedent will allow you to kill a child at nine years old.
