That said the “Church” is very liberal in it’s bounty with the “world”. Any fines could impinge those efforts to mitigate suffering world wide.

Near the start of the pandemic, in a gentrifying neighborhood of Salt Lake City, visitors from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints arrived at Danielle Bellamy’s doorstep.
