“While the Church of England is busy rejoicing in Anglicanism’s latest embrace of the culture and the music industry celebrates Satan, God is busy fulfilling a long-ago uttered promise about the perseverance of the Church — revival has broken out at Asbury University,” writes Mary Ann Mueller, a regular contributor to VOL.
The revival is getting worldwide attention. People are dropping everything and flying to Wilmore, Kentucky from all points of the globe including the Philippines, Singapore, Canada, New Zealand, Brazil, and Indonesia.

He reigns!
Itbis awesome what God is doing.
“Aslan is on the move”
Be wary of delusions predicted for end times. Just sayin’.
Yes, there’s that.
Yes, I am watching too. Not too close but trying to stay updated from time-to-time.
God is so very wonderful, and does as He wills by His own counsel. Every power in Hell and on earth cannot stop Him when He decides to move.
The jury is still out in my mind regarding this movement, and there’s nothing wrong with that. I neither condemn nor affirm.
I would like to catechize the young people involved, though. What is there persistent view on homosexuality? Marriage redefinition? Transgenderism? These are the secular orthodoxies which now reign in this generation. Do they still adhere to these?
Yes, it would be good to hear the core teachings
People flying in from all over the globe is not necessary. If they want to be part of a revival, they can just go to their local church with a few friends and start confessing sin and repenting right then and there.
God is not bound by space or time and revival can happen anywhere if people are willing.
I fear those flying in are more thrill seekers than anything.
And yet, nothing is stopping any of us from*joining* them in our own personal lives with repentance and confession of sin.
I think it’s a mistake to think of revival as something that happens to a group of people that one happens to be part of. It can happen at the personal level in any of our lives any time we so choose to humble ourselves before God in prayer and repentance.
God’s word only. Beware deception. Maranatha!!

Me, too. They want to be part of the show. The Holy Spirit doesn’t limit Himself to revival happening only in Kentucky. During the 3-4 periods of the Great Awakening it was occurring in the US, England, and other places around the world, often concurrently.
As Reagan said;
“Trust but verify.”
Gotta admit, my mind went to this:

I saw this guy on TV waaaaay back - it was always ___weird___ listening to him speak, whenever he was on.
He and his wife were mocking the Pre-Tribulation Rapture (quite clearly), basically making fun (in essence) of “A Thief in the Night” - making ridiculous claims about Bible prophecy and what people like us believed - I met someone who attended his church and expressed my surprise at what he’d said - on a number of occasions. He had a TV show for awhile that truly was ridiculous regarding these subjects. I could only watch part of a couple of broadcasts.
I had no idea until now he was the beginning of the whole thing. People were traveling from all over the world. Some moving to attend his church. Fortunately, his influence has diminished greatly over the past 15 years or so.

He was on the first Pentecost day in Acts. It has to start somewhere.
Precisely. Agree.

Like Woodstock. ....when the masses gather.
