How are the historical facts he presented not real?
And specifically, what did he predict that has not come to pass? I’ve heard those accusations before and yet nobody has ever provided specifics to back up their claims.
Which historical facts? Cahn rambled on-and-on about Isaiah 9:10-11, assigning it to the United States, and mischaracterizing it as the “Isaiah 9:10 effect,” while ignoring the context of the scripture itself, which reads:
_”6 For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. 7 Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this. 8 The Lord sent a word into Jacob, and it hath lighted upon Israel. 9 And all the people shall know, even Ephraim and the inhabitant of Samaria, that say in the pride and stoutness of heart, 10 The bricks are fallen down, but we will build with hewn stones: the sycomores are cut down, but we will change them into cedars. 11 Therefore the Lord shall set up the adversaries of Rezin against him, and join his enemies together; 12 The Syrians before, and the Philistines behind; and they shall devour Israel with open mouth. For all this his anger is not turned away, but his hand is stretched out still.” — Isa 9:6-12 KJV_
We are fresh out of Philistines; King Rezin lived in the 8th-century BC; and the Lord became ruler of the heaven and earth after his crucifixion and before his ascension to the right hand of the Father:
_”And Jesus came and spake unto [the disciples,] saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.” — Mat 28:18 KJV_
_”Who is gone into heaven, and is on the right hand of God; angels and authorities and powers being made subject unto him.” — 1Pet 3:22 KJV_
_And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.” — Col 2:15 KJV_
Prior to his resurrection, Satan ruled all nations:
_”And the devil, taking him up into an high mountain, shewed unto him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time. And the devil said unto him, All this power will I give thee, and the glory of them: for that is delivered unto me; and to whomsoever I will I give it.” — Luk 4:5-6 KJV_
The return of control to God over all nations was foretold in this verse of Psalm 82. The Greek word for “arise” can be translated as “resurrect thyself.”
_”Arise, O God, judge the earth: for thou shalt inherit all nations.” — Ps 82:8 KJV_
After his ascension, Jesus reigned, and will continue to reign until all enemies are under his feet:
_”But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God; From henceforth expecting till his enemies be made his footstool.” — Heb 10:12-13 KJV_
_”For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet. The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death.” — 1Cor 15:25-26 KJV_
The last enemy, death, is destroyed at the great throne judgment:
_”And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.” — Rev 20:14 KJV_
