Francis’ Apostolic Constitution In Ecclesiarum communione, places the Roman Diocese under his direct command, writes SilereNonPossum.it (January 6).
• Francis turns Rome’s seven auxiliary bishops into “my episcopal Vicars” with “ordinary vicarious power” who make their decisions “within their competence.”
• Rome’s Cardinal Vicar Angelo De Donatis is thus reduced to an auxiliary bishop because he may only act “in communion with the Episcopal Council” or “with me.”
• Francis personally appoints even the parish-priests and discerns the candidates “for possible admission to Holy Orders” who must be submitted “to me,”.
• Francis also wants to preside over Rome’s Episcopal Council, which is to meet three times a month.
• “Not only king but also prince, this has always been Francis' problem in these ten years.”
• Distrusting everybody, Francis institutes at the Vicariate “an Independent Commission of Vigilance, with its own Regulations approved by me” which reports “to me” once a year after meeting monthly.
• All Roman ecclesiastical courts are eliminated and centralised in the corrupt Roman Rota.
• The list of those who fell out of Francis’ favour includes besides De Donatis Cardinals Becciu, Turkson, Tagle, Archbishop Gänswein, and the laymen Milone, Giani, and Boeselager.
