There are indications that Francis is preparing a new Apostolic Constitution because he is dissatisfied with the slow implementation of Traditionis Custodes.
With this text, he wants to finally put an end to the Roman Liturgy.
Francis chose the form of an Apostolic Constitution to echo Paul VI's Constitution Missale Romanum (1969), in order to emphasise the equal status of the two constitutions.
According to Summorum-Pontificum.de (13 January), the constitution contains four main injunctions:
1. In no church may the Roman Rite be celebrated exclusively.
2. In no church may the Roman Rite be celebrated every Sunday.
3. The use of the Roman Rite for the sacraments and sacramentals is forbidden.
4. Every priest is obliged to preside over the failed Novus Ordo of Paul VI.

Francis may be the victim of progressive senility.
Maybe Francis is God’s punishment of the Church Hierarchy for covering up the sexual predation rampant in the clergy for decades. The laity is being tested, but so far there’s been little reaction.
God help us if this comes to pass. Such a pain and so much more inconvenience if TLM gets harder to find. But the man is just so stupid. The more draconian and ridiculous the ban, the more resistance he will get.
