Archbishop Georg Gänswein is "embittered" because of “malicious” interpretations of his book, taken out of the context, reports the propaganda outlet Corriere.it (January 10).
Francis received Gänswein on January 9. After that, Gänswein told friends that he spoke with Francis about the book, adding that, “now I have to shut up.”

Apope-state gonna apostate.
Our assumption yesterday was that G. was being read the riot act by Bergoglio, and this report would seem to support that assumption. One wonders, though, what mechanism Bergoglio can force him to shut up. G. doesn’t really have a position, so he can’t be fired. Blackmail? Frankly, I wouldn’t put it past Bergoglio. He’s just the sort of Machiavellian who has his lackeys compile a dossier of dirt (of varying types and degrees) on all of his enemies (and probably on his friends too).
At this point, he wouldn't even have to have done anything bad, ever to be blackmailed.
Suppose, hypothetically, that G was entirely sinless his entire life ... pure as the driven snow. (I said, hypothetically.) And suppose that Bergoglio and his minions released an entirely fabricated "dossier" containing "credible accusations" that G had been secretly engaged in all sorts of horrible, Epstein level stuff for decades.
We all know who would be believed. Remember "Russia collusion"?
Agreed. That’s very likely how it would go down. With G. in the European media limelight as “Gorgeous George” for nearly 2 decades, it wouldn’t be hard to imagine that at least a couple of *non-credible* accusations or overtures were made over the years by nuts, stalkers etc. All it would take is for Bergoglio’s goons to leak something like that and hint that there was something to it. I hope I’m wrong, but it wouldn’t surprise me if we see something like that happen anyway in the next couple weeks, on a small scale as a shot across the bow and warning to G. that they mean business.
