I wouldn’t be surprised to see such prohibitions here in the US - visits to places that would be offensive as statues and monuments are now to some creatures! We haven’t reached our limit of ridiculous actions! An inch = a mile!

There is a ‘Indian Temple Mound’ right here in our downtown Ft. Walton Beach, (It’s really just a big pile of dirt with trees on it). It has a recreated structure on it that is supposed to represent the original from a thousand years ago.

We used to be able to walk upon it, there are concrete sidewalks on it, and enjoy the view and the cool shade on a hot summer day.

But NOT ANY MORE!

Some Indians, er, uh, I mean, NATIVE Americans, uh, Indigenous People, oops, First Peoples, COMPLAINED that it was a ‘holy site’ and white people were desecrating it by walking around on it.

So it is now chained off and no one is allowed to walk on it at all EXCEPT these so-called Native Americans.....................
