One of my best friends had a tumor on her saliva gland and is getting proton treatment now that the tumor is removed. She’s had 9 of 33 treatments so far. It’s a long time away from home and in another state, away from her husband, elderly parents and her pets. It’s rough on the entire family, so please take care of yourself so that you can help take care of him and his family as you are able.
