The pretend temple was a set he had for an acceptance speech in Colorado in 2008. Perhaps it was disguised a bit in terms of being like a Greek temple supposedly to get us to think we had a new Socrates among us, but really his whole career has been one long flirtation with the blasphemous declaration and I think everyone attuned to prophecy can see that (and the general public largely oblivious to it).
His obnoxious vanity is of course a common theme in FR discussions of his career.
Of course the likes of Biden, Harris, Pelosi, Kerry etc have a certain amount of that vanity too but it is less dangerous simply because those individuals have zero charisma and so it just seems awkward and ridiculous. As Obama’s vanity appears to us, but it can work with a certain group which is unfortunately a large segment of the general public.
We up north find our own dear leader somewhat vain also, but the party behind him are cautious about toying with personality cults, in part because there was a massive personality cult encouraged for the elder Trudeau in his day and it is one of the things that divided the country about his leadership. Also the guy is basically a dolt, so trying to surround him with an aura might accidentally put additional emphasis on that inescapable reality.

Friends of mine used to be "wine tourists". They'd plan vacations around visiting wineries, breweries, bourbon, etc. They are complaining about being priced out.

I’m no fan of Russia, but it’s not named in the the Bible either way. Even assuming they’re referring to invaders from the north, it could be Turkey, for example, no one knows.
