I’m basically making a comment based on Romans 1:28.
“God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;”
But yes, it does seem a few turned so perhaps they were not fully(?) reprobate as described below.
Romans 1:27-28
King James Version
27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.
28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;
The demonic Spiritual Realm has a hold on the vast majority of people. If they are that reprobate that they believe marriage can be between two men and two women or that a man can become a woman - then yes, I’d say they are way too far gone to ever be able to see the light of day.
Scripture backs that up too.
