The proposed new law proclaims that the French Constitution shall receive the following addition to its article 66-2: 'The law guarantees effective and equal access to the right to voluntary interruption of pregnancy.'
(LifeSiteNews) — In a highly symbolic move, the French National Assembly voted on Thursday to make “effective and equal access” to the “right to voluntary interruption of pregnancy” – the French official euphemism for abortion” a constitutional right.
337 members voted for the text presented by the extreme left “La France insoumise”(“France unsubdued”) party and its parliamentary coalition, NUPES, and only 32 voted against, while 18 abstained. The remaining members (there are 577 “députés” in the Assemblée nationale) did not join in the voting.
Remarkably, the Rassemblement national, successor of Jean-Marie Le Pen’s nationalist right-wing movement, the Front national, was divided over the issue and Marine Le Pen herself, Jean-Marie’s daughter, voiced her support for the inscription of abortion rights in the French constitution. She was officially noted as having voted for the draft law, but later the new party head, Jordan Bardella, indicated that she had been absent from the Chamber at voting time for “a medical reason,” and that she would have abstained if she had voted.
However, out of 89 Rassemblement national deputies, no fewer than 38 voted for making access to abortion a constitutional right. 23 voted against and 13 abstained. The remaining members did not take the trouble to express their opinion.

Last time I checked, France is just like the rest of the EU: very left leaning, so I won’t be surprised if they pass it, but if they choose life, that’ll be great.
I thought they’d settled long ago on easy abortion through the first trimester, difficult after.
In PRC (Politically Repressive Canada), we’ve had MAID (Medical Assistance In Death) on the books for several years. Being a ‘compassionate’ Prime Mistake, True-dolt ‘s gubmint is expanding MAID to include those as young as 16, and to the mentally ill and depressed. What ‘compassion’!
It also came out recently, that a counselor(sp?) employed by Veterans Affairs Canada (VAC), the gubment department charged with looking after the needs of Canadian military veterans, has been ‘counselling’ depressed vets to use MAID. This happened on five occassions! When this hit the House of Commons (equivalent to US House of Representatives), suddenly, the Minister in charge of VAC, is now going after this employee.
Lefties and fascists, PARTICULARLY the WEF fascists, like Bill-zebub Gates, want MASSIVE population reductions, particularly in the West! They want to replace us with low education immigrants, who will do all the ‘grunt’ work for MUCH less AND submit to financial enslavement.
Depress the population and offer MAID, ‘they’ kill themselves rather than the fascists having to do the ‘messy’ business themselves. The good news is, these fascist creeps meet God at the end of their lives and are judged for their sins unless they have accepted Jesus as Lord and Saviour. IF they have been saved, chances are that they WILL NOT have such a satanic view of life.
Have we figured out than ‘human’ is at the top of the food chain because we do murdering real good?
