Of what time of year it is. Of when to plant or harvest crops. Not for spiritual signs or for predicting the future.

ELoHIM made the lights in the heavens on day four to 'rule' as in govern.

He made the stars also.17 ELoHIM set them in the firmament of the heavens to give light on the earth, 18 and to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness. Signs in the heavens
Joel 2:30 And I will shew wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke.
2:31 The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and terrible day of YHVH come.
2:32 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of YHVH shall be delivered: for in mount Zion and in Jerusalem shall be deliverance, as the LORD hath said, and in the remnant whom the LORD shall call.
The sun shall be turned into darkness (solar eclipse), and the moon into blood (lunar eclipse)
Revelation 6:12 I watched as he opened the sixth seal. There was a great earthquake.
