Newsom's new law 'endangers every young person in the nation who experiences gender dysphoria,' said one pro-family advocate.
SACRAMENTO (LifeSiteNews) – California Democrat Gov. Gavin Newsom signed into law Thursday a bill which pro-family advocates say claims custody of every child in America for the purpose of gender “transitioning.”
The Sacramento Bee reports that Democrat state Sen. Scott Wiener’s SB107 forbids doctors in the Golden State from releasing medical information on out-of-state children receiving gender “treatments” to investigators from their state of origin, forbids police from arresting anyone for violating other states’ laws against transitioning minors, and empowers courts to assert custody jurisdiction over gender-confused children from other states who have been taken to California for transition purposes.
“In California we believe in equality and acceptance,” Newsom declared. “We believe that no one should be prosecuted or persecuted for getting the care they need — including gender-affirming care. Parents know what’s best for their kids, and they should be able to make decisions around the health of their children without fear. We must take a stand for parental choice. That is precisely why I am signing Senate Bill 107.”
But opponents argue the bill is more likely to be used against the wishes of parents.
Previously, judges could defer to other states if it is more appropriate for that state to make the determination. But this new law essentially makes California a sanctuary for one parent who wants to take away a child from another parent in order to have him or her chemically or genitally castrated.

Yep...this clearly violates the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction and Enforcement Act which I believe every state has adopted. It provides as follows:
To determine which state has proper jurisdiction to make an “initial determination” of child custody, the UCCJEA proceeds in the following order of priority:
The state which is the “home state” of the child, or was the child’s home state within six months immediately before the commencement of child custody proceedings if the child is absent from the state, but a parent or person acting as a parent continues to live in the state;
If no state has jurisdiction under #1, then jurisdiction is proper where the child and at least one parent have a significant connection with the state (other than mere presence), and substantial evidence concerning the custody determination is available in the state;
If no state has jurisdiction under #1 or #2 above, jurisdiction is proper in any state having an appropriate connection with the child.
A state having jurisdiction under #1 or #2 above may decline to exercise its jurisdiction, and transfer it to another state if it is more convenient for the parties, or if one of the parties has engaged in misconduct necessitating a change.
“Home state” is defined as the “state in which a child lived with a parent or a person acting as a parent for at least six consecutive months immediately before the commencement of a child-custody proceeding. In the case of a child less than six months of age, the term means the state in which the child lived from birth with any of the persons mentioned. A period of temporary absence of any of the mentioned persons is part of the period.”
My four kids are grown. If any of this had been present in their younger days, I’d be in prison or dead. I’d be known in prison as the one that took out some trash.

If children can consent to gender reassignment without parental knowledge or consent, then they cannot be protected from predators. It is the wide global circle of predators - powerful and influential, who are behind the transgender movement. They want a world where there is no “age of consent.”
It is baffling that there haven’t been any high-profile cases where parents have sued the schools and hospitals that provide “gender affirming care.” These policies need to be challenged at all costs, unceasingly.
How can this be possible be legal? A governor of a state cannot just decide that they can steal kids from other states! Hey Supremes...this one’s for you!
This law would be easily subverted by a federal government who’s responsibility is to prevent interstate human trafficking. But this administration is on the same side a Newsome, so it will enable the crimes.
