This happened to me last night when I followed a study trail about rock, paper, and scissors. It even provided the requisite repetition (two or three witnesses).
Meaning???
I had come upon the account of an exasperated judge who had had enough of two lawyers who could not agree upon the simplest thing. Of course, I am the last person who could be described as charismatic, so if I'm out of place in your threads let me know. It's just that I often find valuable information within, only not in typical fashion.

The location of the proposed showdown was rather specific, so I figured I should check a map and the 'street view' (I never know..)
Spinning 180, it turns out that they would have been standing directly across from an historic building that had already been [at the time] vacant for 25 years. The summary of the attempted renovations shows that nothing had/has been working out right. No one seems to be able to agree. There's even a link to a weird story about a mystery GOP convention party:
Whoever it is, they're making a serious commitment to throwing a party.
There are several different shields and crests in the facade of the building named Kress, but the one front and center looks like a ladder leading up to the heavens, to a blue grand piano. It's not a piano, it's just the optics of the thing due to the shape of the crest. Compare the logo of Shigeru Kawai along with its ladder (88 keys).
Besides the many Kress word plays (e.g. criss, cross, cress, crest, Chris), the well is deep with the origins of the surname: a fisherman, a poor person, a pet form of Eramus (beloved) and more. I just wanted to menton that before finishing up with the fire appearing on the Kress building.

Nice touch with the "Dominoes" on the one corner. When a line is drawn on the regular map from Dominoes, cutting diagonally across the courthouse over to 501 E. Polk on the other side, it lands on the building named for the Timberlake surname. The distance is ~ 666 ft.
