The headline is click bait. It implies that he runs a church. I’m not saying he isn’t sincere.

“he walked into his local sheriff’s office to admit to killing.” Proof that natural law is real. If a person does a vicious act, then he will naturally feel rotten and guilty, and will naturally wish to address the guilt. True for everyone.
