Wow!
Love “Let it Be” and thanks for the story behind it that makes it so meaningful.
Joining in prayer, left that other site, for the Peace of Jerusalem and for our beloved America.
I just put the Vinyl of “Let It Be” on my stereo and gave it a fresh listen. The whole album, released at a time when the Beatles were struggling with stardom, conflict, and musical direction, has some very ambivalent and dark moments. But “Let It Be” shines through, and is the most spiritually uplifting and serene song on the entire album... at least that what it says to me.
“Let It Be” was also a favorite of Ray Charles, so you are in good company loving that song.
