What do you mean by “served”? Certainly Acts shows a plurality of elders governing a church. Yet nowhere does it say every elder performs the functions associated the office of pastor.

They must. An elder IS a pastor.
That was because women were always asking what was the meaning of whatever was being said thereby disrupting the reading of letters; then it was the word “I” not God that said I do not permit women ... so according to that statement there should be no Sunday school woman teachers or any woman to preach the gospel (Acts 1:8).
No they mustn’t. While Pastors are elders nothing in the Bible says all elders are pastors. Certainly not a single verse you cited.
What do you know--the Word of God has been true all along! :-)
The women should keep silent in the churches. For they are not permitted to speak, but should be in submission, as the Law also says.
—1 Corinthians 14:34Let a woman learn quietly with all submissiveness. I do not permit a woman to teach or to exercise authority over a man; rather, she is to remain quiet. For Adam was formed first, then Eve; and Adam was not deceived, but the woman was deceived and became a transgressor.
—1 Timothy 2:11-14If anyone aspires to the office of overseer, he desires a noble task. Therefore an overseer must be above reproach, the husband of one wife, sober-minded, self-controlled, respectable, hospitable, able to teach, not a drunkard, not violent but gentle, not quarrelsome, not a lover of money. He must manage his own household well, with all dignity keeping his children submissive, for if someone does not know how to manage his own household, how will he care for God's church? ...
—1 Timothy 3:1-13
When is an elder not an elder?
Elder, Shepherd, Presbyter, overseer, pastor, bishop… all the same office. And there must be at least two in every local church.
Same office, different gifts, different duties.
To me it’s total subjection of women. So all those women evangelists were wrong then; should have just shut up and make their men sammiches.
I have to admit that my opinion on head coverings changed after my wife approached me last year and told me that she had been convicted that she should wear one. Having anyways bought into the standard evangelical position, I had never really investigated the issue my myself. My wife and three daughters now wear head coverings in church.
