Years ago, in a somewhat similar zeitgeist of suppression, traditional Priests held TLM in homes. I’m not a canon lawyer, but there was a loophole since the mass was held in a residence at the owner’s request.

The folks in all DC parishes whether TLM or Novus Ordo should cut off all donations to the Diocese.
