I don’t need Congress or the courts. I’ll make up any law I want.

patients’ privacy and access to information; the security of patients, providers, and clinics; and the coordination of federal efforts to protect “reproductive rights and access to health care.” Is he saying that he will put federal marshals in front of abortion clinics to bar local law enforcement from enforcing state laws?

States have the legal ability to recover damages for the lost tax revenue a murdered baby would otherwise produce just as much as states have a right to collect damages from cigarette companies for states’ Medicaid costs.
Shareholders and executives of say an abortion chemical company can be made jointly and severally liable for such tax loss damages.

Assisting in the murder of future state taxpayers will be harshly dealt with.

POTUS
CAN NOT DOES NOT have the power to create law. No one is obliged to obey presidential EOs except federal employees. POTUS is the chief executive of the federal branch of government but we have presidents and a judicial system and not a monarch for that very reason.
Joe Bite-Me IS NOT the boss me OR YOU (unless you happen to work for him). Nothing he says or does (or thinks he remembers saying or doing) can force medical professionals to do anything contrary to their principles or that flies in the face of a SCOTUS decision.

Until he puts an object to the word “choose”, I would assume that he is concerned that women should have a choice regarding taking a shot that could damage their reproductive health.
C’mon man. You mean abortion. That “choice” canard is so 2018. When Crisis Pregnancy Centers are being firebombed while the FBI sees no evil, the pretense to this being about “choice” is gone.

Biden’s hoax executive action made the pro-abortion congregation think he changed the Supreme Court ruling and made abortion, once again, the law of the land. His next trick will be the parting of the waters as he leads his useful idiots to the Promised Land.
